Völklingen, 31 March 2016 - With effect as of 1 April 2016, the Supervisory Board of Saarschmiede GmbH Freiformschmiede has appointed Martin Baues (56) as a member of and Spokesman for the Management Board for a period of 5 years.
As of this time, Mr Baues will be responsible for the departments of Production and Technology. He will remain a Member of the Board and Chief Technical Officer at Saarstahl AG.
The Management Board of Saarschmiede GmbH Freiformschmiede therefore consists of Martin Baues (Spokesman and Production / Technology), Dr. Dieter Bokelmann (Process Technology / R+D), Önen Togar (Sales) and Peter Schweda (Human Resources / Labour).
